I’m Elle owner of Elle Rutledge Photography. I feel incredibly privileged to witness and document the love between two people, preserving moments that will be treasured for generations.
Based in Warwick, Queensland, my journey into photography began with documenting my own family — the quiet, in-between moments that often mean the most. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into a passion for capturing weddings and meaningful celebrations with intention and care.

Optional Add-Ons
35MM FILM COVERAGE
I adore adding 35mm and medium format analog film to your wedding photography coverage. Film is of my favourite mediums telling the story of your day in the perfect imperfect way that only film can.
This film package includes 4 x rolls of 36 shot film (in either colour or black and white chosen at my discretion). Rate includes professional film lab processing fee, and professional editing.
You will receive 40+ final edited images and see the story of your day captured on 35mm and medium analog film.
Investment: $650
Second Photographer
If you would like extended coverage and a broader selection of images, booking a second professional photographer is the ideal choice.
This becomes particularly beneficial if you're planning an extensive guest list (120+), have a large bridal party, or if you and your partner are preparing at two locations far apart.
Additionally, having a second photographer is highly recommended if you aim to capture moments happening simultaneously—for instance, capturing the back of your dress as you walk down the aisle while also preserving the expression on your partner's face. No challenge is too difficult with two photographers, offering the advantage of two perspectives.

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE
Additional coverage may be added to any collection, subject to availability. Whether it's extra time for portraits, extended reception coverage or documenting additional moments throughout your celebration, additional hours allow for greater flexibility on your wedding day.
Investment: $400 per additional hour
WELCOME DINNER / PRE-WEDDING EVENT
Available exclusively to couples who have booked a wedding collection.
Whether you're hosting a welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner or pre-wedding celebration, additional coverage can be added to document the anticipation, connection and moments shared with family and friends before the wedding day.

What sets you apart from other photographers?
A: I know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. I use natural lighting as often as possible and make sure my sessions are intimate & fun!
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel is not included within my standard collection pricing. A travel fee may be applied depending on the location of your wedding and will be clearly outlined prior to booking.
For destination weddings requiring overnight accommodation, flights or additional travel arrangements, these costs will be quoted separately to ensure complete transparency.
How many photographers will be there at our wedding?
All of my wedding collections come with a single photographer, but you are more than welcome to add a second shooter for an additional cost.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
20% non refundable deposit & signed contract is required in order to get your wedding on the calendar. The remainder of your balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding.
FAQ
WILL MY PHOTOS BE POSTED PUBLICLY ON YOUR SITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA?
I completely respect your privacy and allow each couple to decide whether or not they would like their images shared publicly.
While I absolutely love sharing the beautiful weddings I have the privilege of capturing, it's simply not possible to share every wedding. The images you see on my website and social media are often chosen to suit a particular story, season, publication or simply because they fit within the space available at the time.
Please know that whether your wedding is shared publicly or not is never a reflection of how much I loved your day or your photographs. Every wedding I capture is incredibly special to me, and every gallery receives the same level of care, attention and love.
How many images will we receive?
Every wedding is unique, so the number of images delivered will vary depending on the length of coverage, timeline and events throughout the day. As a general guide, couples can expect approximately 75–100 carefully edited images per hour of coverage.
Rather than focusing on a specific number, my priority is delivering a thoughtfully curated gallery that tells the complete story of your wedding day, ensuring every meaningful moment is preserved beautifully.
Do you offer drone coverage?
Yes I may capture drone imagery throughout your wedding day where appropriate. Drone coverage is dependent on weather conditions, location restrictions, venue policies and aviation regulations.
While I always aim to include aerial imagery when possible, drone coverage cannot be guaranteed and is used at my discretion to ensure safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
When will we receive our gallery?
Sneak peeks are delivered within the timeframe outlined in your collection. Full wedding galleries are typically delivered within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and volume of weddings being edited.
Are prints included in my package?
While prints are not included in standard packages, they are available
as an optional addition. I highly recommend ordering through one of my professional print labs to ensure the highest quality and colour accuracy — the difference truly is significant compared to consumer printing.
If you would love a keepsake box or fine art prints to preserve your
images in a tangible way, I would be delighted to guide you through the available options.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors to use?
While I don’t have a formal preferred vendor list, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside some wonderful wedding professionals over the years. If you’re looking for recommendations or need help finding the right vendors for your day, I’d be more than happy to share a few trusted suggestions.
What equipment do you use?
A: I use all of the latest Canon equipment. I always carry the R6 Mark II, RF 35mm F1.4 lens, 28-70 F2 mm lens, & the RF 80mm F1.4 lens, among other items.
Are engagement sessions included?
Engagement sessions are included within the Premium and Signature Collections and are available as an optional add-on to all other packages. Many couples choose to include one as it gives us the opportunity to connect before the wedding day, helps you feel more comfortable in front of the camera, and allows us to create beautiful, relaxed imagery together ahead of your celebration.
